Courtesy Call by the High Commissioner of Fiji
The Minister of Arts and Culture, Hon. Mahendra Gondeea, OSK, had the honour of welcoming the newly appointed High Commissioner of the Republic of Fiji to Mauritius, Mr Jagannath Sami, during a courtesy visit at his office, followed by a visit to the Aapravasi Ghat.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the strong historical and cultural links shared by Mauritius and Fiji.
Both parties expressed their interest in strengthening bilateral relations through future cultural exchanges and collaborations, further deepening the friendship between Mauritius and Fiji.
