Celebration of Gudhi Padwa Showcases the Vibrancy of Marathi Culture in Mauritius
An exceptional ceremony was organised by the Mauritius Marathi Mandali Federation, in collaboration with the Mauritius Marathi Cultural Centre Trust and the Marathi Speaking Union, both institutions operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Arts and Culture, on the occasion of the festival of Gudhi Padwa.
The event was marked by a strong sense of pride and emotion, highlighting the richness of Mauritius’ cultural heritage and the deep attachment of the Marathi community to its traditions and values.
